Order Pickup Information
General Pick up Information:
We are a working farm. We open our doors only for pick up times that are pre-scheduled. Any time we wait for customers is time we need to do chores after pick up hours. We SINCERELY APPRECIATE you being on time for your appointments so we can have some time with family in the evenings.
- You can pick your order up at a scheduled time in the lobby of our Farm!
- Pick up time slots are scheduled in 15 minute increments. Choose your time on the cart page.
- We do not have open hours. We are working with the crickets all day and only unlock the door 5 minutes prior to a customer scheduled pick up appointment.
- If you can't make your pick up time - please text or call us at 612-670-9811 prior to your selected pick up appointment so we can work to be available at the adjusted time.
- If you arrive early or find the front door locked when you arrive at your selected pick up time please call us at 612-670-9811 and we will immediately come to the front.
- When you arrive for pick up please use one of Twin Cities Cricket's designated parking spaces and come on in! Your order will be waiting for you.

Missed and Delayed Pick Up Appointment Policy
If you do not pick up your crickets on the day you selected and you did not alert us prior to preparing your order (typically no more than 2 hours before the scheduled pick up appointment you selected), the crickets pulled for you will be held at our farm, packed and available for you to pick up during an alternative pick up appointment day/time. You must arrange an alternative pick up appointment day and/or time by calling or texting 612-229-5488.
If your order is not picked up within 48 hours of the packaging of your order, the crickets may need to be destroyed. For biosecurity reasons any crickets brought out of our grow room are not able to be reintegrated back into the cricket growing area. As this is a loss of inventory, packing materials, and time for us, we will credit your account for no more than 50% of the purchase price of your order.
After 3 missed scheduled pick up appointments you will be notified that your account is marked as "orders available for shipping only.”
