Super Absorbent Polymer Potassium-Based Water Crystals are a water storage crystal that is ideal as the primary water source for younger banded crickets. Perfect for newborn Pinheads through 1/2 inch banded crickets.
Add 1/4 tsp of crystals to 1 cup (8 fl. oz) of water. Let sit for 1 hour. Place enough engorged crystals in shallow dish (such as a lid from a pringles can). Store remainder of engorged crystals in a covered container in the refrigerator.
As water crystals lose their moisture add additional engorged crystals to the shallow dish. Clean the water crystal serving dish and replace water crystals weekly.
