Refund policy

We provide account credits and product replacements if there is an issue with the shipment of live crickets received.  We do not accept returns of live crickets.   

We do accept returns on unopened and unused supply and accessory products within 30 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue with the crickets you have received, the packaging was  damaged or if you receive the wrong size or quantity of crickets, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please take pictures of the shipment received to substantiate your concerns and to help us understand the issue. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Live crickets cannot be returned, like other perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item so we can make the situation right. We will request electronic visual evidence of the received packaging's condition, shipping label and crickets that are not meeting with your expectations.  We will work with you on an immediate replacement, account credit or refund depending on the situation.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your shipment concerns and substantiating proof of the existing issue and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
