Wholesale and Bulk Orders

YES, we have discount structures for retail and wholesale accounts as well as possible bulk discounts for individuals based on quantity per size and frequency of ordering.

We currently serve many zoos, stores, and breeders. We prioritize our relationships and work to ensure that once you become a customer of Twin Cities Crickets, you will be taken care of. Because of this commitment, we usually require a week to set up a new account and add you to our fulfillment flow. We are not a giant bait-cricket farm that takes a large order without prior notice. Our focus is quality of crickets and quality of service. We value the relationships with our customer list and stand behind our product. We plan for you and will continue to plan for you when you decide to work with us. 

We do not publish a price list for these discounts and request you send an email to: Laura@TwinCitiesCrickets.com for a quote. The information we need in your email should include the quantity and size of crickets along with the frequency you need them shipped. We also need the shipping address for your orders. Please see an example below of what is needed for us to begin working with a new special discount customer. Without ALL of this information, the quote will be delayed. 

Email example to receive a quote:

"I need 22k Adults, 15k pinheads and 2500 3/8" every 2 weeks. " "I am at  2920 Zoo Dr, San Diego, CA 92101." "In breeding season I will need to add 5k to 8k 1/4" for several months." "I also am interested in discussing enclosures for keeping the crickets and feed that you produce." 

You can also say that what you order now may change and that you are unsure of fluctuating needs throughout the year, but that you will have a consistent need, etc. 

I am always more than happy to work with you to figure out the best way we can serve you with what you need. Because of the overwhelming number of people who want to work with us, the information above will be the fastest route to getting on our client list. I assure you, we want to work with you too; we just work differently than other cricket farms.
